OUR CLIENT
In raising funds for a company, we work for that company, not for the investor; we seek to optimise the investment terms for the client company
Our principal remuneration, which we report to the client company, is a percentage of the fee charge by the investor; where investors do not charge the company, or where they are unwilling to share fees with us, we agree a fee with the client company in advance. In this way, our selection of the most suitable investor(s) is not affected by any commission which we are paid. Our principal remuneration is thus success-related
In addition, we make an initial charge for producing an information memorandum. Compared with the market rate, this is usually a modest sum and acts as a commitment from the client company, at a time when we recognise that its funds are not plentiful
